Every season, enex transforms style in the city.
For those visiting the heart of the CBD, the electric and contagious bustle of workers drives a growing city and by night, bespoke bars and eateries usher in pleasure seekers.
The on-location shoot featured the historical facade of the enex building as a backdrop as well as intimate interior spaces. A story-filled space, the structure was built in the early years of the 20th century and initially opened as a chemist’s and hardware store known as Sandovers. Today, the enex building embodies a delicate mix of historic preservation and a nod to modern artistic influences.
Using the building as a backdrop to create its Home To Style 2016 shoot allowed classic pieces to be juxtaposed with emerging trends. The shoot showcased the very latest in designs from premier fashion houses M.J. Bale, Jack London, Herringbone, Politix, Calibre, Gorman, Witchery, Decjuba, Nine West, David Lawrence and MARCS. All of which can be found within the three levels of enex.
Hair and makeup focused on radiant skin, with metallic and luminous highlights. Hair was relaxed, focusing on beautiful colour and natural texture, whether down or up.
One City. One Building. Never ending ideas. This is why enex is Perth’s Home to Style.
