CHRISTMAS LIGHTS TRAIL

The City of Perth has launched the Christmas Lights Trail. Walk their new Christmas Lights Trail throughout the City, featuring 16 mesmerising festive installations guaranteed to get you into the Christmas spirit. See the city’s laneways, streets and parks brighten with animated lights, projections and lively festivities.

- LED Christmas Tree, outside Roe St Bus Station
- Christmas Constellation, Forrest Place
- Giant Bauble, Murray St Mall
- Tinsel Tangle, Perth Cultural Centre
- The Dreamcatcher, Central Park

- Christmas Projections, St George’s Cathedral
- Deconstructed Christmas Tree, Elizabeth Quay
- Christmas Tree for Lifeline WA, Elizabeth Quay
The Christmas Lights Trail can be experienced every night from 6pm until Christmas Day.

As an added bonus along the trail on selected nights, create your own Instagram-worthy images and have a go at twirling these pixel sticks that form stunning light patterns and colourful visuals right in front of you.
IGA CAROLS BY CANDLELIGHT FOR VARIETY
WHEN: Sunday, 17 December
WHERE: Langley Park
Bring a picnic rug, your Christmas cheer and raise your voice as thousands become one at this iconic fundraiser. This event is full of fun, beginning with children’s rides and entertainment, face-painting and food stalls before the main concert. Supported by the City of Perth.
CITY OF PERTH CHRISTMAS NATIVITY
WHEN: 20 – 22 December
WHERE: Supreme Court Gardens
At a brand new location in 2017, bring your picnic rug and share in the traditional story of Christmas, brought to life on stage with hundreds of performers, live animals and Christmas carols at Supreme Court Gardens. For the comfort of all, there will be designated areas for ACROD, picnic rugs, low chairs and high chairs. Limited food vendors will be on site.
